I have made a lot of knives from this blade and know that it hardens just right for a nice fine edge. Leaf spring would work for this too but if it is old it may have stress fractures you wont...

An update for anyone else this may happen too...
I spoke to the receiving bank and they have told me no bank in Australia has that wrong bsb so the transaction cant go through and will bounce back.No sign so far...
