Re: Back Online - bowhunter.com.au
Jeffro, It was not Coach that slipped up...it wasn't a case of paying the bill as you put it, more a case of letting the rego lapse, and once someone else has picked it up it isn't as simple as JUST getting it back I repeat Coach was not and is not to blame and even if he had of been we can all make...

Firstly Luke, it has never at any time been in my name... Why would I contact you when the domain is registered in your name, with all of your details, and given the past history how could I assume anything other than what I did? I am surprised that you have engaged someone that doesn't advise you o...

Low Despicable Act!!
As we all know not every one has the same morals, values, ethics be it at work, sport or play, at times these differences matter little, but at other times they are totally repugnant and abhorrent, EG politicians noses in the trough, trusted members of society interfering with children etc etc Close...

i always thought these forum's where here to voice our opinion but i must be wrong sorry about that I wouldn't be apologising Jamie, you are 100% right, it's just that some people are that consumed by their own self installed importance that they convince themselves that no one else is entitled to ...

Re: Monday Menu
David, I keep from the ribs back, the backstraps & internal fillet are the "cream" IMO, from ribs forward goes to my pets, including heart, liver & kidneys (occasionally I will use the shanks & shoulder for a stew) As for meat cuts I treat goat the same as you would a lamb When...

Re: Minimum Arrow Weights ?
No doubt in my mind...certainly the diameter has some role to play, but the arrow weight & FOC make the difference I also believe the carbon arrow "will kill ya" hype is over stated, not that it couldn't, but if the right precaution/procedure is followed with a broken arrow, and each a...

Thankyou all for the kind words, I feel I am indeed very fortunate to have a very supportive wife, property access, time and a reasonable amount of ability to have success at what I love most, next to my family I appreciate the fact that some won't hunt for whatever reason, so be it...for those that...

Re: arrow straightness
I've had a few shafts with bends in them in my day, including VA's, and only ever used the "rub a screw driver / piece of pipe" along the bent area method, then as Mick Smith said, sealed them, then I "bare shaft" each one several times and check for straightness before I complet...

Re: A Day in the Bush (Pics)
A skin like that looks too good to waste (not a judgemental comment in any way), do you ever find the time to skin them or is it too time consuming, too heavy to port and you already have a dozen on the wall? I would love on, hair on and reckon the leather wouldn't be too bad either? If you and Mr....

Re: Price of Feathers ???
Plain 5" feathers $32 / 100 from Kustom King, wasn't that long ago the shop Coach talks about was around the same money, very hard to buy local when the price is double, especially when our dollar is as strong as it is now As an aside...Just bought some stuff from AMSO, as has been said before,...

Re: Trumped by a dealer !
I thought it was as much about the buyer as it is the seller...having sold several bows on here myself I am smart enough to realise that if my price isn't reasonable/ fair I won't make a sale As far as I am concerned if someone has the same product as me for sale, at a lower price, good luck to 'em,...

Re: Heavy inserts for carbon arrows
Matt I don't know if you have 8-32 threaded rod available there but I cut a 4 inch piece and screw it into the back of the insert with a little superglue to lock it in. Then I wrap the other end with black electrical tape to give it a tight fit so it doesn't rattle in the shaft. 4 inches gives you ...
