Following the announcement from the PM dated 16/04/2020 noting that the current restrictions will remain in place for at least another 4 weeks, Tamara and Gary have decided to let the 16 / 17 May shoot float. Re: WANT TO BUY A 400 SPINE POWERFLIGHT OR AFTERMATH BARE SHAFT IN BRISBANE
Hi David, Yes .300 spine is stiff and trying the .400 could be a much better starting place An elevated rest can interfere with fletches however not quite as much as you're describing. I just had a look and 3Rivers do have test kits of 4 different spines, in alloy and carbon however not in timber, a...

Re: WANT TO BUY A 400 SPINE POWERFLIGHT OR AFTERMATH BARE SHAFT IN BRISBANE
G'day David, When you say fishtailing, you mean side to side I'm guessing - what spine are you currently trying, now you're looking at .400 (65#), which I suppose isn't too overspine depending on the bow type. Have you tried playing with the brace height, and also if the nocks are too tight on the s...

Looking forward to seeing some of the weekend results.

I didn't want to be accused of bias, so yesterday were some cockroaches, today we have cane toads. Lets all have a bit of fun and please put some photos and a few words, and let me know if I can't use them. There's no prizes, just a way we can all keep in touch. 10 for the centre and 5 for the rest....

also from the FB post I did this morning: We were wondering how many arrows we can actually get into the circle in one go - yeah ok, we're rather optimistic here, so there's another idea. Also a lot of hunters I know say, the score zone should be in the head so you don't ruin the meat. There's anoth...

Trad Easter shoot in isolation for everyone
I started this on the Travellin' Round the Trads Facebook page and thought there are still people who don't do Facebook so why should you miss out. I received a phone call from Roadie today, he was “just touching base” as he puts it. He had an idea for those of us who were going to attend his White ...
