Your better off talking to the experts or at least the people who sell them , the one the mate has come from a furniture factory and is made for a area about 10 times the size of his so it works EXTREMELY well

Steve It's looking good mate looking real good , Have you already planed out the electrical lay out for the workshop ? for some reason most people leave this till the last minute and then rush it and then it's never quite right , best to have a idea in mind of where you want your big electrical tool...

Thanks guy's Roadie , yeah I really like Kwila , I built my entire kitchen in it and also the full length Vanity , also the office desk and server tower and the Entertainment units in the Lounge and main bedroom Rod gets to see many of my bows as I often take them down to weigh them on his scales as...

Re: Guess what my Families initals spell ?
Names can be funny but they can also be embarrassing , at one stage I had a teacher who insisted on addressing student's not by their first name or even their last like most of the teachers but by their initials and the last name , so I spent a year being referred to as D, A , M , Wallace , some of ...

Well I usually forget to post pictures of the bows I make or even remember to take pictures of them but Rod always reckons that more pictures of bow makes the site interesting So here goes , first bow is 43# @28" and 68" nock to nock , 18" riser is Kwila with some sort of timber from ...

Re: Osage Orange expression of interest
Osage Orange does grow and is growing in many places in Queensland , a property I used to hunt on near Muckadilla had it growing around the house as a fence to keep the cattle out of the house yard and a mates in-laws had it growing as a hedge / fence on their place just west of Marybrough , the tre...

Re: sick of seeing my bows yet?
Well I went down to visit Rod yesterday and have a look at the new bow and it's beautiful , best one yet , of course he reckons his fancy riser bows are the best but while I admire the skill he puts into the fancy risers and he is good at it , as good if not better than any of the other custom work ...

Well the Float boat has hit the water . We put in at low tide at Sandy creek , the track in was pretty good , not long back the track was impassable because of the rain , the track is fine now and even better than before , http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w10/dawallace45/Float%20boat/P1000684.jpg ...

Re: Ozark Float boat build-along
Grahame Yeah , I have a small electric to fit to the back short term but intend to fit a electric with remote control to the front eventually , electrics pull better than they push and it's easier to hold position in the water when casting to a snag when the motor is pulling rather than pushing also...
