Thanks jeff, i had thought of giving the 190's a go because i heard you mention them on here once before. Can i ask why everyone wants around the 10% mark, i understand about penetration on game and such, want as much weight as is practical, but are there any other advantages. I use the 125's only f...

I just tried working out my FOC on 2 arrows. Both are 32 inches long. 1 has a 125grn ribby and the other has a 145 grn ribby. I get 2 and a quarter inches forward of centre on the 145 for about 7% and 1 and 3 quarters forward of centre on the 125 for about 5.5%. Does this sound about right. Just for...

You could inlay two bolts as described above and use the other two(cut down in lengh) to fasten the scales on the handle.

I don't know about this one it's hard isn't it. When out hunting i see the destruction of ferel cats as a duty toward the preservation of native australian wildlife, but cats are pets too and some people love them. I think the tone of video is a little "off" and may upset some people, the ...

They are literally deafening some times but they love those flowers, sometimes i think they get a bit of a kick out of them or something. The trees sort of hang over and next to my verandah so lucky they only come in for about an hour every afternoon. Do you know what kind of bird the other one is, ...

Bow is a Samick shb 1 piece recurve 50# at 28. Yes the knife is a Boker or (tree brand) and i realy like it,might be more utility than skinner but it's good all the same. The camera i am using is a Fuji s 5500, 4 mega pixel, 10x zoom.

What Glue ?

This has probably been covered before, but i use loctite 406 for flectching but i have heard others using different glue for nocks and field points and broadheads.

So my question is can you use loctite for nocks and points or is there something better.

Thanks in advance

What sort of thickness leather would you use for a back quiver. The most redilly available is between .6 and 1.5 mil but that seems a bit thin to me. I want to make a quiver that will colapse a bit to form to my back but i'm abit worried that extended use with broadheads will eventually cut through ...
