For Sale - 'Hun' Horse bow.

Hi all. I am selling my 'Hun' Horse bow. It is a beautiful bow that has been shot around 80 times. Bought it about a year and a half ago, only flaws are a few marks on the handle from arrows, other than that she is excellent. The poundage is 45'. Asking $300 ONO. Comes with a free arm guard and 3 fi...

Beautiful bow! I wish I could make something that looked like that!!

Interesting shooting method too, having the arrow resting on your thumb, on the right side of the bow...Might give that a go myself!!

Horsebows and releases

G'day all. I shoot a 'Hun' horsebow. I use the 3 fingers under release to shoot it. It seems that many other horsebow users, shoot with the mediterrainan release. (1 up, 2 down) Is this a better way of shooting this bow? Or just the more popular style. Also, are there any benefits between the two di...

G'day mate.

All I can tell you is to make sure that the bows poundage is above 50. To maximise your chance of penetration and a clean kill.

I use a 'Hun' Horse bow 45# and she is powerful! I want to see what an above 50# horse bow would do!

Goodluck!

WTB second hand recurve or long bow.

G'day boys and girls!! I have gotten my cousin into archery and he wants to buy a second hand long bow or recurve bow. His draw length is around 27. 45# would be preferred, but if it is a little under or over, he can work with that. PM me with pictures of your second hand bows and attatch your askin...

They will not let me use wood arrows because they are scared that they will snap (On a foam target I dont think so!) And leave wood chippings in the target....

Its the Sydney Olympic Archery range, so I guess they are a little up-tight...
