oh dear.... OK.... recurve is descriptive of the shape of the bow. Have a look on the link to the mind30 model bow I posted - notice that as the limb goes from the riser (middle bit where the hand grip is) to the string it bends away towards the end? Thanks mate. I have used a bow before and i'm pretty good with one. I haven't used one for hunting though. I'm pretty use to these forums as i got this site off Fish Net.

G'day fellas,

My name is Lachlan and i'm 14 years old and i want to start getting into bow hunting. I'll mainly be bow hunting for rabbits and fox. I have no idea where to strt. Can any one shed me some light please. Is there any one on here from Geelong?
