Do you use 1 foot to string your LB. Recurve 2 feet, LB 1 foot.

Years ago when my wife and I shot alum. only (that was BC). She shot 1816 x7 and 1916 x7 both were Easton arrows. We bought them at a local archery shop and the x7 always came cut and regular inserts installed and we would screw in the point weight of choice. I don't remember hearing anything about ...
