Re: Broadhead selection

hi Matt
Ribteks are hard to find now archery supplies in adelaide have some still but not sure what weights they have available, try Outback broadheads, they are all 100% Australian made and good price as well, they fly great and sharpen well.
good luck Bodie

heavier field points

Hi guys

just wondering if anyone in Australia stocks glue on field points heavier than 125gn?
I am using 230gn outback broadheads and wanted to see if i could get some field points to match or at least be close.

Re: Ultralight, Hunting & Bushcraft - Compromises

Re: Hunting Goals 2020...?

Hi Kendaric to be honest its all going to be a trial by fire, never hunted camels before and not a lot of bowhunting info out there. I'm lucky that the property is next door (only an hour away) so not a huge expedition travel wise, im just waiting for the weather to cool down then it should be all g...

Re: knocking point?

hi Daryl
thanks for that, that was my way of thinking as well, it was just got a new bow yesterday and the bowyer recommends a 9/16 above center which just happened to be right where the brass nock point was, was just curious.

knocking point?

so just a quick question regarding knocking points, when a bowyer says a bows nocking point is say 5/8 above centre is that where the nocking point is placed or where the arrow nock sits. I understand that it changes between each setup and is usually a starting point to tune from it was just somethi...

Re: arrow flight question

Hi Guys
So shot a few more arrows this afternoon and tried with the nock on top of the brass nocking point, BINGO worked a treat great flight or as good as I can probably get with my form, but good enough for me.

thanks for the help

arrow flight question

Hi Guys just a quick question, shooting some new arrows today, I used the 3rivers archery calculator and seem to be pretty good as far as spine goes, but have noticed that they seem to be porpoising in flight but are hitting the target fairly square, I am guessing its knock height and was wondering ...
