I don't think that micarta can be molded or cast as is regular plastic. I assume then that a micarta nock would have to be machined or carved in some manner. wouldn't that make them prohibitively expensive? Yes, feathers do come in parabolic shape an in several lengths in that profile. Yes, your fletching jig will accept either vanes or feathers.
