I've got 2 and love them! From what I can gather, there are two types of canisters. The ones with CRV (countersunk relief valve, I think) are the go. BigW sell that kind. Thanks. It's telescopic and will handle anything I'm likely to ever need. If I need to make a string for a ...ahem...compound :mrgreen: , I'll just make a smaller one.

After much head scratching, Googling, and watching Youtube vids I made a jig and had a crack at making a string. Thanks for putting this up for me Kerry, there's some good information here! After having a read of the above, I think I'll probably go with a 12 strand D97 endless loop string with Halo serving for loops and centre. Would this be suitable? Would .024" serving give a good nock fit using Easton ...
