Hi Bob, Hooray, finally your in. Yes, I have a friend who had BOTH knees done at once about 2 years ago. She has come out of it really well and is walking so well now. Have been using them for near on 3 years now and would not change back to a tab or glove. Great feel with the fingers and the releases are smooth. Also provides a snug nocking point.

My 2nd trad shoot and wow what a great time. Well organised and all made me feel welcome. Top course, left my share of kindling from broken shafts, but have gained much out of it. Thanks Gympie.

So just to clarify, instead of using a glove or tab in a trade comp, the rubber no knocks are legal ?

use of " no nocks" on longbow strings in trad comps.

can anybody advise me if the use of no knock on bowstring is allowed in a trad comp. Rules say only one knocking point.
