Sambar invasion
Hi all My brother lives in Upper Beaconsfield, Vic. For the last few months, he has been seeing at least one sambar (dead or alive) a fortnight. Always within 50 metres of roads, so no hunting is possible lol. I'm sure someone can track where they are originating, hopefully in a state forest. Though...

Re: Feral Game Hunting Kit
Hi again Fyi It seems like Samick bows are now manufactured by Galaxy Archery, with a new range of options. One US archery store states you may order Samick Sage and get either brand. I found a place selling Samick Sage selling locally (springvale) for $209 and limbs for $135 - both avail in 25# to ...

Yes Stu I also found that at 20-25m is a slight wind they were very hard to place accurately. They fit securely on my shafts, but seem to drift alot. I will use them for close range ie within 15m. Reviews in the field are they are mainly one shot, chipping on impact, but mine stayed intact after hit...

Hi all Was down the road from Ozbow today and bought something to try out. 125gr High tech Polymer broadheads. 10 pack for $19. Re: The better I can aim the more humane
G'day Just a note -avoid the cheap ragim matrix bow - they are not well made, I bought one for my son, 3 years ago and the limbs kept twisting (a common and ongoing issue) causing the string to come off when drawing (scary)- the store eventually exchanged it for a more expensive model, the impala at...
