I have a 17" DAS Dalaa - it has been dipped in predator camo.
I would keep the border limbs currently attached.

I do.
It only take a morning to do at the club (The easton arrow cutter helps)
It really will tighten your groups. Give it a whirl

Re: Are we fair dinkum???
Consitent form to me is key. I love archery but I love bowhunting more. To me it all comes down to being able to put that one arrow, when I need it, where I need it. I spend most Sundays down at the range (if not out bush) - as soon as I get tired, mentally or physically, I can it for the day. "...

Thanks for posting Rod.
I thought the Texas area would be too dry for Orchids.
also I'm pretty sure I know a few blokes that live on that road....

The ones I have seen definitely have steel quality \ tempering issues.
Quite soft with the edge rolling.
I'd avoid.

Re: Ever been chased by a snake?
Never been chased. Have had a belligerent brown that got all worked up when we pulled up near him \ her. Hung around the car for a few minutes, circled it and then headed off into the scrub on the side of the driveway. My Father and I were very glad it didn't go under the car - or worse up into a wh...

Re: Hunting "Mentors" for new bow hunters ?
Head to your local club. I have introduced a number of people to sport, and taken many on their 1st hunt. Made several very good friends and we now have a group of us who head out together and share properties. Look for people that you like beyond the sport \ interest - you spend a lot of time with ...

Hi Fanto,
numerous attempts to get a simple answer regarding one of their bows. (basically a fastflight string sawed through the limb nock)
Basically Nada - and their aussie distributor was no better (they told me to go to Martin)

Re: Blade Runner knives at Anaconda
Never heard of these knives. Does it have the type of steel it is made of on the packaging? Even if it reasonable steel if it hasn't been heat treated correctly it could still be a p.o.s. What is your budget for a new knife? What did you want it for? Bushcraft, skinner, chopper etc? Plenty of people...

Nice shooting and a nice bow. One of the chaps at my local club, Sydney Bowmen, by the name of Howard has something similar from Nick. I did not read into this that all black-powder and bow access to be ...
