Re: Austrslian T.B.C Stingray custom recurve
Thanks for the offer, I have a few a few drills which work well for me but by round two of a 3D shoot I start fatiguing and start snap shooting flinging arrows every where so going to lower the poundage which should help me maintain accuracy and stop target panic

Re: interesting debate
I think it's a interesting topic,
Who would lose out if He is able to breed them and increase the numbers of a endangered species and also operate a private game reserve for hunters sustainably.
If more Antelope are being breed then killed don't both parties win?
Or is it more how they are killed?

Re: Aussie broadheads v's US broadheads???
While we are on the topic of Broadheads, I was looking at the new woodsman elite, It boast to be machined from a single piece of tool grade steel, I would of thought that having a hot forged broadhead would be better as the grain of the metal would be in the same shape as the broadhead, kind of like...

Re: Motorcycles to gain access to remote areas
Quad bikes are good for easy flat stuff and going straight up a slope, but the problem comes when you want to go along a slope bouncing up and down, the quad will tip over, the motor bike wont as it doesn't have the extra two wheels to pivot on.

Yer I need to replace mine soon, but am a bit sad as I have had it for so long and will miss it. I was just curious as to how long some one has used a string for, as I get easily attached to my archery stuff

Longest String
Just curious as to what is the longest you have ever used the same string for? Also what type?
I just had a thought today as the string on my bow is coming up on 18 months now? Of course I keep it well waxed!

Re: High wrist or low wrist
I have a low wrist hold but only the area between my thumb and index finger touch the bow. Dylan I think you right high wrist means exactly that, your wrist, not you hand is almost or at completely horizontal with thumb and index finger, if that makes sense?

Re: Switching between broadheads and field points
Grahame, You seem to really know your mathematics for archery, Im sorry but I have never shot my bow through chronograph so I can't give you a arrow velocity which will make it hard to predict the arrow drop. Does anyone know roughly what speeds you would get out of a 58# horse bow with a 29" d...
