Making Traditional Arrows

Hello guys,

I have just picked up some tassie oak shafts and i wanted to build them the traditional apperance. Since i have never before tried this i wanted to get some advice and or instruction.
The arrows are for a 30lb longbow and are 28.5" long.

thanks
